10/10! Great people and I feel so much better! I was given great at-home exercises that allow me to alleviate pain. I was referred for low back pain and static nerve issues in my right leg. My goal was to learn exercises that would help alleviate pain. I am able to sit, stand, and do daily activities with little to no pain. If I do have pain, I am able to do my stretches to stop the pain.
